About
Scholar. Practitioner. Listener.
I have spent much of my professional life trying to understand conflict. Over time, the questions became larger.

Dr. Radar Onguetou
Questions at the center of the practice.
What happens before conflict becomes visible? Why do some people speak while others remain quiet? What happens to belonging when disagreement feels risky?
What do people carry when an interaction ends without feeling resolved? What helps people, teams, and organizations move forward differently? Those questions sit at the center of Still Point Practice.
Professional grounding
Research and organizational practice.
Dr. Radar Onguetou holds a doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. His work brings together research, organizational practice, education, leadership, belonging, trust, and conflict resolution.
He approaches organizations as human systems. That means paying attention to structure and behavior, but also to relationships, dignity, voice, power, trust, and what people carry into and away from difficult moments.
A guiding philosophy
Understanding comes
before intervention.
Learning to recognize the difference
Not every situation needs the same response.
Sometimes people need better information. Sometimes they need a difficult conversation. Sometimes a leader needs to acknowledge an impact. Sometimes a clear boundary is needed.
Sometimes a system needs to change. Sometimes the wisest first step is to listen more carefully. The work is learning to recognize the difference.
The goal is not a perfect organization. The goal is an organization that can notice difficulty earlier, face it more honestly, protect dignity, repair what it can, and learn from what happened.

What are you noticing?
Sometimes the first useful step is putting words around what has been difficult to name.
