Information you choose to share

The conversation form securely submits your name, email address, connection preference, and message. You may also choose to provide an organization, role, or phone number. The information is stored in a private owner dashboard. The form does not add you to a newsletter.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to your message, arrange a conversation, and maintain appropriate business records. Do not include sensitive health, employment, or legal information in an initial inquiry.

Website data

This release does not use advertising trackers, session recording, or privacy respecting analytics. Still Point Practice does not sell personal information. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical logs needed for security and reliable delivery.

How long information is kept

Inquiry submissions and related business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal or operational obligations. The owner can mark inquiries resolved and remove records when they are no longer needed.

Service providers

The website host processes information needed to deliver the website and store submitted inquiries. The email provider processes correspondence after Still Point Practice replies. The site does not automatically enroll visitors in a newsletter.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing contact@stillpointpracticeinstitute.com. Some records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or legitimate business obligations.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect inquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not submit sensitive medical, legal, employment, or financial information through the initial inquiry form.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the site’s services or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
