The Conflict Illness Inventory is an instrument under development for examining selected experiences related to belonging, relational strain, conflict, leadership, and self reported bodily experience at the community or organizational level.\n\nThis preliminary tool is included to illustrate the current development of the Still Point Practice framework. It is not validated and should not be used for formal assessment, diagnosis, or decision making. Structured pilot testing and validation must occur before broader use.
